I didn't get stuck at the 'Please Stand By' screen, but whenever I hit 132-133 mods or so, the game itself started freaking out—not properly loading textures, completely unrendered nearby terrain, etc. I have over 200 mods on Skyrim, so it's not my PC; it's just an inherent limit within FNV itself.
