I have researched this for hours but no one seems to have my exact problem!:/. It's an acer aspire laptop (64-bit) so I received no boot disk with it. Have tried goin to safe mode but I can't get to the screen with that option. I even gave up and tried alt+F10 to start from scratch but the computer doesn't recognize the command, always goes straight to startup repair screen. Have F2 and F12 options only. Been stuck in that loop for 1.5 days. Power lights flashing.
