I’m just trying to setup me new Velop system and I simply cannot get the first node setup. I have an openreach fibre modem which I plug directly into the node. When I first start the setup and my phone connects directly to the node it finds the node and then modem and is able to connect to the internet. It then asks me to connect to the node via the Wi-Fi settings on the bottom and it then finds the modem but is unsuccessful in connecting to the internet. My provider is BT so I don’t think I need to do anything else in regards to the configs it then says I can enter details for, I never have done before with any of the routers I have used over the years.
