I'm fairly new to modding of Fallout 4. I reluctantly downloaded CBBE to support the X-92 Power Suit mod (CBBE isn't my cup of tea personally) Well anyways, I'm having alot of issues in my playthrough with the way armor looks on my character. I've looked at the Outfit studio, and it looks alot more advanced than I'd like to try.
I've also looked at vanilla-to-CBBE conversions, but all of them look unrealistically skimpy (again, not my cup of tea).I just want to find a way to have armor not look so damn silly on my character, or skimpy for that matter. If it helps, there isn't a real issue with clipping.
It's more of an issue with belts (they are like 3x as big as many character's waist -I didn't edit my character's body very much-) and a weird morphing texture with various armors with equipmennt being sucked in one direction similar to how it looks when a black hole starts to swallow something up.I would love some help with this issue. Per the instructions on the description page of CBBE, you need to use the to alter the size and dimensions of clothing/armor/base body.
In order to edit something, you will need the bodyslide files. All vanilla & DLC armor/outfit bodyslide files are included in the main CBBE download.
Aug 10, 2013 - As far as I know, there is no way to delete saved games in-game. Files - Steam - SteamApps - common - Morrowind - Saves I found my. How to delete morrowind saves steam.
If a mod does not provide bodyslide files, you will not be able to load it up using bodyslide meaning you are stuck with the default dimensions. In bodyslide, you have the ability to 'batch build' which will apply a preset or your customized dimensions to a large selection so you can quickly apply changes to all of the outfits you have bodyslide files for.
After bodyslide produces the new meshes, make sure they are in the correct directory and that's it.CBBE does not add 'skimpy' outfits on its own. If you have those in your game, they are being added by another mod. Armorsmith Extended comes with some)As for why it's happening for you without messing with bodyslide before, what likely happened is that one of your mods included or overwrote a mesh with one using a CBBE preset and the belt you are wearing on top of that uses vanilla dimensions (or vice versa) therefor causing gap or clipping issues.
